Safari DS Select Fix

This extension fixes a minor bug in Safari, where items in a multi-select
select box disappear if they are filtered via JavaScript. It does this by 
triggering Safari to repaint the select box by modifying the 'size'
attribute.

[INSTALLATION]

1. Upload the `safari_ds_select_fix` folder in this archive to your Symphony 
   'extensions' folder.

2. Enable it by selecting the "Safari DS Select Fix", choose Enable from the 
   with-selected menu, then click Apply.
