Convert HotA.dat from Heroes of Might and Magic III: Horn of the Abyss to JSON and vice versa.
Just Drag'n'drop .json or .dat file on hotaDatConverter.exe
Standard encoding is cp1252. If you need an different encoding: this can changed with the --encoding (or -e) command line argument and executing on the console. See here.
