  1. New mode in 4.1, and fixes for Arduino IDE 1.0.3 

    Added medium mode, lowered brightness of low to a more appropriate
level. Changed "shaked" to "shaken". Moved Arduino sketches to separate
folders as Arduino IDE 1.0.3 requires. Shaking the Flex while in
Knobbing mode now jumps to Dazzle mode.
