First update to app. Goals include:

• Remove zipcode entry, and force user to use location services.
• Continue to poll each individual end point (assignments and stories right now) in the background, rather than a single get_data.json end point
  • Will increase polling rate back to 5 minutes ( 288 check-in's a day ).
• Include some technical debt reductions
• Will change post activity/fragment layout a bit.

This will be our first update, and should be limited in size.
