feat(viteroll): extract hmr chunk from normal build

• can we start with probing new module code from chunk.modules[file].code of build output?
  • though we don't get source map
  • also cannot get new modules included after edit (we can diff entire chunk.modules)
• fix new module import crash
• can do something similar in rust bundler later?

This can also eliminate a hack rolldown:hmr-deadend.
