Description of Changes

Series of small changes that are necessary for weighted voting. Everything is behind the feature flag:

• added token banner to the topic page + erc20 details page in create topic flow
• added chains to the dropdown in erc20 details page
• hid stake enablement in create community flow
• adjusted create topic flow so stake can be enabled in this flow

Important note: this is only UI which means that you can go with the flow and see components, but BE hookup will happen in upcoming PRs

Test Plan

• proper testing should be done in next PR when the BE will be hooked up
