PolyConverter 0.1

Turns all .layout files in the current folder into .json files.
If there is already a .json for a file, it turns it back into a .layout with all changes applied. A backup will be created.

Notes:

• Vehicles are not supported right now and will be deleted upon conversion.
• There is no error checking. If something goes wrong, the program will explode (your files will be safe though)
