Holly Cui's Personal Website

LICENSE Jekyll Ruby gem

Built with ❤️ using So Simple, a brilliant Jekyll theme under MIT license

Welcome to my site!

Here is the centralized hub for Holly's background and journey as an aspiring Statistician / Data Scientist. Feel free to take a look anywhere and connect with me if you're interested [or just want to share cat memes]! (Email | LinkedIn | GitHub)

Site Navigation

Here is a quick overview of the site's structure:

🔗HOME: This is the landing page when you hit the link. You can find a brief introduction, my education, experience highlights, and a visualized skillset wordcloud featured here. You can always come back to this page by hitting my profile pic!

  • 🔗Research: This is the first tab on my NavBar where all my research projects are gathered. Click on any of them will lead you to the detailed descriptions with embedded papers, website, or images.

  • 🔗Projects: This tab features all my project highlights ranging from statistical analysis, machine learning, to cloud computing. Make use of the category tags on top for faster navigation to topics that interest you! Click on any of the projects will lead you to the project-specific post with embedded GitHub links, Apps, or videos.

  • 🔗Activities & Awards: This tab walks through my club affiliations and awards.

  • 🔗Teaching: Find my TA experiences in this tab.

Footer: Find ways to connect with me at the footer of every page!

Site Build

This site is built with So Simple, a brilliant Jekyll theme under MIT license, powered by Ruby Gem. This final site https://hollyyfc.github.io/ is hosted by GitHub Pages and enabled CI/CD pipeline checks for on-push build and deployment.

Feel free to browse through my repo organization, including the _config.yml structure, Gemfile dependencies, HTML layouts in /_layouts, and specific posts in /_research and /_posts. The commit history and CI/CD deployment history could give you more information about my workflow!
