Reolink auto add new cameras/chimes

Automatically add new cameras/chimes when they are connected to a reolink device which is already set-up in HomeAssistant.
Example:

• A new chime is connected to a doorbell -> the chime will apear as a device in HomeAssistant under the doorbell
• A new camera is connected to a NVR -> the new camera will apear as a new device in HA under the NVR.

Requires Reolink-aio 0.9.9: #126267
