When sendind notification of new post or new topic, the email sended is in text only.

It might be usefull to be able to have it in both HTML and text, and to bve able to customized it.
Mainly to be able to have the same look and feel than other email send by the application (registration for example) but also to be able to send post content in notification (see feature request #166 )
