 <p>We didn't go walk on the trail on the north shore of Melanie Cove this time around, because one morning we heard people screaming, and saw them running along the edge of the cliff where our boat, and many others, were stern-tied. They had been stung by wasps. Because Devine had a recent bad encounter with a wasp and that their reaction to the sting was bad, we decided not to chance it. We instead went walking on the trail on the south west side, leading to Unwin Lake, but met a couple and their kids who told us that they too had stepped onto a yellowjacket nest and had gotten bit. We wore pants that day, and proceeded carefully (we didn't see the nest). We stayed for 8 days.</p>
