This merge PR doesn't contain anything immediately relevant to IBI but in the interest in not letting the diff grow too much, I decided to create this PR anyway.
What is in it is the usual, nice-to-have bug fixes but also a lot of groundwork for the upcoming intermediate places feature. Once that is completed I'll wire up the GTFS GraphQL API to it.
