Dear judges,
While we recommend that you install our software from PyPI (which keeps a record of the package release date), if you wish to install from this source bundle you can run pip install . with this source bundle as your current working directory.
Alternatively you can install from the pre-built wheels we provide, after unzipping the zipfile labelled wheels.zip. To do so, run pip install thtools -f <path/to/wheels> where <path/to/wheels> represents the path to the unzipped folder.
This release also includes the fully built documentation, which is also perma-hosted online. You can read the docs in PDF, HTML or Epub formats. To do so, open the docs zipfile and click on the relevant index.* file you wish to read.

miRBase changed their FTP server setup, so building from this source distribution as mentioned above will fail. We have updated the most recent version of the repository to fix this change. Alternatively, our recommended approach is to install our package from PyPI, using the commandpip install thtools -U, which comes will all files pre-built and compiled.
