Added scanner and LED-matrix.
It's now possible to scan a barcode, which will be added to the database.
An LED will turn on in the right row and column.

First iteration

Is able to receive a license and store that license as a new entry into the local database. Giving it an index, which can be located in a storage rack.
Upon re-entering a license that has been previously entered, the index is returned in the form of row:column.
