v0.4.0 is the last version that uses Electron framework, all subsequent versions are built on Tauri. v0.4.1 is functionally equivalent to v0.4.0, but it lacks the taskbar thumbnail toolbar as it is not implemented in Tauri. I've already submitted a feature request, so all we can do is wait and hope that they will implement it at all.
