Devenv requires a patched nixpkgs, which prevents ghc964 for now.
This commit makes me sad :-(

We also switch to organist, though it was unrelated in the end. Means we can avoid an extra nixpkgs pin, though.
Main change for GHC8 is that we can't use record field dot.
