[evm] Fix fail to revert contract

Description

Fix #4501

Since the trie used in the contract does not store history, this results in being unable to find the historical root when reverting the snapshot.

The storeForTrie is now being refactored for delayed deletion, allowing the historical root to be found, and the data that needs to be deleted will be cleared at the time of Commit.
