Rewrite the way metrics collection and reporting works :

• only one goroutine per collector
• on goroutine for reporting

This release should also behave better when Riemmann server is unavailable.

• better calculation of cpu usage : iowait is now considered as idle
• add cpuwait metric
• support for riemann-health disk metrics : ie space usage
• support for riemann-diskstats metrics : ie read/write performance
