Allow name to be edited in admin

Currently the name gets clobbered on login - see User:: find_for_google_oauth2.

What scenario is this handling?

The scenario where I manually import a user via their email address. It doesn't appear to create a name. I'm ok with it getting clobbered, it just looks crappy otherwise. you may be able to add the user as something like this:

"Some Guy" <[email protected]>

But I didn't think to try that at the time. Feel free to close if you're confident it's a non-issue.
