because 1.966 & 1.65 secrman source code seems to be the same... (same md5) actually, the IOPRP image is internally timestamped as 2018, this COULD mean that secrman had no updates since 1.95* era???

This will use recompiled binaries of said IRX drviers instead of the prebuilt binaries intentionally used to compile, left by SP193 inside source code.
