@ann0see, regarding the broken links for nl.
The KB's are not translated and believe there is no way to get a correct link point to the correct NL section. Any advise on how to approach this?

The po4a XML parser seems to dislike standalone HTML tags such as <img> and <br>, and this causes it to mis-parse tags that enclose them. This commit changes <img> to <img/> and <br> to <br/>, which keeps the parser happy.
