Also add keybindings for workspace switching and workspace names.
It messes up the `refresh` command (we don't want to be rebooting after every refresh).
It might help locating some packages such as iwyu.
This reverts commit def2730.

All major bugs in the CI and compatibility issues with Ubuntu, Debian and Kali has been fixed, although sometimes by the simplest solution possible (e.g. not installing a problematic package on distros other than Ubuntu). The script still needs a considerable amount of work, mainly finishing of the TODOs and refactoring.
