Added support for C++. Added serial port baud rate to setup.
Fixed a few bugs. Can now user "NONE" for serial port to suppress port selection in avrdude. Changed "PORT_SPEED" to "BITCLOCK" to match avrdude docs. Got rid of broken Makefile group.
Sample C++ main routine that just blinks an LED.
Added -fno-threadsafe-statics to CPPFlags .
