- Change the base url - Remove redirect handling
This was needed at 10.0 to take control of redirect handling. This no longer needed for 10.1
Lesson 2 can be removed since it covers handling redirects which aren't a thing in Metasys 10.1. So that lesson isn't needed. It'll be deleted in a future commit and the other lessons renumbered.
