If the changes in docker-library/docs#183 are implemented, this will hopefully be the format and the Jenkins releases will start showing up in named groups. Until that happens, I believe that creating the library file in this order will at least put the current LTS and weekly releases at the top of the list, followed by previous LTS releases, and finally by previous weekly releases.
