Bracken 2.1

Final release of Bracken 2, with updated README.md and install_bracken.sh script.
bracken and bracken-build scripts are the newest additions to allow users to easily run bracken.
This release also uses the kmer2read_distr C++ script, replacing the slower previous count-kmer-abundances.pl script.

Bracken 2.0

Bracken 2.0 combines bracken steps into two shell scripts. Users can still run each individual Bracken step if they wish. However, the shell scripts streamlines the steps and checks for necessary files throughout. The shell script also will skip certain steps if files already exist.
