Athena/Athena++ history files have three/two comment lines that start with "#". @ltlancas reported that the argument
skiprows=3
was hardcoded and because of this the first data rowtime=0
was not read for athena++ hst. There is no need to provide this argument since another argumentcomment='#'
takes care of them.
