The need for help on error reports arose during GAPIT 3 use.

Hi Jiabo,
I ran GAPIT, and it ran perfectly well until yesterday. But today, I got this error message while performing GWAS analysis using GAPIT as below;

Error in GAPIT.Genotype(G = G, GD = GD, GM = GM, KI = KI, PCA.total = PCA.total, :
object 'lettet.index' not found

So, I would appreciate your support for this.
