OrthoFinder_OGFilter A collection of scripts to filter orthologs resulting from an OrthoFinder run based on the % of missing taxa and number of copies. Only tested in Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish), for OrthoFinder 2.5.5 (2013).
