Now that Photoshop has Generator built in and tools like Slicy exist for older versions of Photoshop, I think there's merit to naming all of the layers with the filename they should be exported as to speed up asset generation.

Also, per issue #4, recent changes in H5BP, and updated recommendations on Apple Touch Icons, sizes have been adjusted (152x152, 120x120, 76x76 and 57x57 for Apple Touch Icons) and new sizes added (64x64, and 558x558 & 558 x 270 for Windows 8 tiles).
