Adds option to have a complete seperate reporter and not just add one on.
Updates the readme with an example replacing the spec runner.
Fixes bug where the reporter was not being instantiated correctly. Adds line to instantiate optional reporter with correct runnerOptions.
Adds check to see if spec already exists in the specFiles.

This allows for the user to specify an optional reporter, instead of an additional reporter, that can run in place of the existing one.
