Anne and I met with Nick Graham, who recently published this paper about their method DMEA, which is an adaptation of GSEA for MOA enrichment analysis. They are interested in using their method on the JUMP dataset. I will share the final image-based profiles and MOA annotations for the compounds once they are ready, which they will require for running their analysis.
