Migrates to version 2.0 of the ClinicalTrials API

  • Adds functional support to v2.0 of the API, still has a lot of features missing.

  • The study_count endpoint is no longer available, so the corresponding function has been removed.

  • The names of the fields for the CSV format has changed so now we validate CSV and JSON study_fields differently.

  • Allow CSV format in full_studies
