For Kabanero, only manual configuration for the container image signing is supported. Also, by default, the container image signing is not enabled. in order to enable it, image-signing-config secret and registries-d configmap need to be created. This PR covers how to create these resources and provides some scripts and yaml files as examples.
kabanero-io/kabanero-pipelines#316 relates to this PR.
