Making the Azure Monitor Hackathon Customer Ready

• Testing the deployment and the challenges
• Rewrote everything in Bicep (easier for customers)
• Removed the Keyvault part to focus on AzMon and avoid losing time making things work – customer will add the password during the runtime.
• Rewrote all challenges in Markdown replacing Word/PPT
• Changed the folder structure to make it easier for customers.
• Modified Challenge 1 adding Azure portal and the automation as optional (easier for customers)
• Replaced challenge 2 with Activity Logs Monitoring instead of Alert Automation (I think this is more relevant to customers)
• Updating the screenshots to reflect the latest portal status
• Adding Azure Update Management (For Monitoring and Maintaining VMs)

• Adding the Network Watcher part
