feat: add single module folder with kcl mod file with entries config

The module folder

$ tree me

me
├── kcl.mod
├── kcl.mod.lock
└── svc
    └── main.k
$ cat me/kcl.mod

[package]
name = "me"
edition = "0.0.1"
version = "0.0.1"


[profile]
entries = [
    "svc/main.k"
]

Run the command:

$ kcl run me
