Description

Fix Mock invoice and LNBits invoice.

This test only works in Mock LN atm: mix run -e 'Cashubrew.Wallet.CLI.main(["mint", "42"])'

Add env for mock_ln
Add mock LN with env
LNBits create invoice fix
Env example readme
