This bot is designed to allow users to get to know about other teammates on a RingCentral chat

Features

1. Search for other KeeperAI profiles through the KeeperAI Chatbot.
2. Receive direct messages with links to requested KeeperAI profiles.
3. Receive direct messages with an embeded version of the KeeperAI profile requested.

Installing Chatbot

• From the Apps tab on the RingCentral platform select "All add-ins" and search for KeeperAI

• Select KeeperAI Chatbot for RingCentral and install bot

IF THE BOT ALREADY EXISTS

• Select "Remove bot"

• Once this step is taken follow the above procedure to install the bot
  • this process insures that your chat group will have the latest version of the chatbot

Adding Chatbot to group chat

• On the top right of your screen clink the link labled "Members"

• To the right of the search field click the link to "Add member"

• In the text field, enter the name of your chatbot and press "Add"

Congratulations! You have added your KeeperAI Chatbot to your RingCentral group chat!

Commands to Interact with Chatbot

To interact with your chatbot, query it in the chat with "@[chatbot name] and use the following commands:

• !w / !whois [email]: show KeeperAI profile of [this email]
  • this will show the Keeper profile of the user querried

• -a / about: about this chatbot

• -h / help [command]: show help message [about command]
