  • Run CI jobs for tests with and without skipping CPU crunching

ENDRELEASENOTES

Uses the mechanism introduced in #32 to have separate jobs for fast and slow tests.

Waiting for new release (1.11.0?) of julia-actions/julia-runtest allowing for test arguments in jobs

Using julia-runtest@main as the feature to run with test arguments is not available in any tags yet and it's unclear when there will be new tag
