This PR updates some of the installed libraries to more recent versions. In doing so, it avoids the
os.tmpDir is not a functionerror that has shown up recently withgraceful-fsin recent node versions. It also directly calls thePathsubmodule oftwine-utilsrather than requiring the subdirectory. Finally, it changes.hgignoreto.gitignoreand addsnode_modulesthere.
