For UW's Data Visualization Assignment 3

Using Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (or other non-linear dimensionality reduction) to visualize the structures of artificial neural networks.

While there have been visualizations of the interaction of neural network layers and their response to inputs, the relationship between layers could provide an interesting insight to how a network accomplishes the correct output.
