Support for exporting / importing BEs

This release adds the ability to export a BE, and import it elsewhere.

Remove EFI workaround

This release removes the old EFI workaround, now that beastie menus can be used on EFI boot

This version fixes a few bugs relating to how we handle white-space in BEs. Specifically it fixes a bug preventing the renaming of nicknames with white-space, and now implicitly forbids creating datasets with white-space.
