Fix JobSink to have ObservedGeneration in status

Currently the JobSinks CRD does not have a field for the ObservedGeneration in its status, while having the duck.status:

eventing/pkg/apis/sinks/v1alpha1/job_sink_types.go

Line 63 in bf945f9

duckv1.Status `json:",inline"`

which has this field:

This leads to the rekt jobsinks.IsReady() check to not succeed.

This PR addresses it and adds the field in the CRD.
