This is a LibreELEC build based on LibreELEC 9.2.3 and Kodi 18.8, with patches to enhance the RetroPlayer experience.

Changes to the official release:

Added features

• Savestate manager from GSoC 2020 (garbear/xbmc#120)
• Includes all 74 controller profiles
• Added input.enablejoystick setting (xbmc/xbmc#17529)

Additional fixes

• Highlights OK when installing add-ons (xbmc/xbmc#16802)
• Fixed configuring two controllers with the same name (garbear/xbmc#119)
