An emotion detection project that is meant for open-source contributions is added to this repository. Several CNN architectures for emotion recognition in photos are investigated in this project. It includes original CNN models built from scratch as well as transfer learning implementations of VGG16 and ResNet50. Class weighting, data supplementation, and model evaluation are important characteristics. The goal of this study is to shed light on practical CNN-based methods for emotion recognition in practical settings.
