🌱 test: generate junit result for test-integration and add test-junit target #2140

What this PR does / why we need it:

  • Adjusts makefile target test-integration to also produce a junit file
  • Adds test-junit target which does the same as test but uses gosumtest to create a junit file. This is to be used in CI to get an better overview which tests failed.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes (optional, in fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...) format, will close the issue(s) when PR gets merged):
Part of #2122

Skipping CI for Draft Pull Request.
If you want CI signal for your change, please convert it to an actual PR.
You can still manually trigger a test run with /test all

Feel free to merge through the cherry-picks & test-infra

If I saw correctly this change is also necessary for k8s-triage to work as expected (I didn't get results for test & test-inegration only for the e2e test jobs)
