Prepare Eclipse Development Environment

Use Oomph:

Clone this git repository locally.
Select Eclipse IDE for Committers as the base of the development eclipse.
Select the Oomph setup of this repository: /releng/com.thalesgroup.mde.openmbee.connector.target/MmsCapella.setup
Set the local clone of this git repository as MMS Connector for Capella Git clone location.
