To import a new dataset, start by pressing on the Upload tab in the navbar.
The tool accepts OME-TIFF or a CSV for each channel, and a TIFF of the segmentation mask. The channel-file is only linked and not uploaded to the server. You can copy the respective path from your file browser and paste it in the text field. Then press the upload button (see below).

Once the files are uploaded and converted, the channel matching tool will open. This tool matches the channels in the uploaded image to the columns in the CSV.
To remove a common substring from the display name of all of the columns use the text field and button.
If there is no segmentation or id column, remove those columns from the left side.
Select which columns should be normalized, and press "Save" to save the config and add the dataset.
The new dataset should now be accessible under the "Data Sources" dropdown in the navbar.
