Description

• update gmpy2 to 2.2.0+, which is a release with support for Cpython 3.12 and 3.13, which is built and tested on multiple OS(including ubuntu-22.04, macos-12, macos-14, windows-2022) https://github.com/aleaxit/gmpy/releases/tag/gmpy2_2_2_0
• update grpcio >= 1.59.0 for Python 3.12 support
  • Python 3.12 support since 1.59.0 : https://github.com/grpc/grpc/releases/tag/v1.59.0
• run api tests on Python 3.12
