This PR fixes the docker setup and also completes the jackal simulation environment
Currently the instructions are avaialble in the
dockerfolder in the README.Everything uses docker compose to build and bring up the container. The only manual installation we need is doing
pip install -e self_supervised_segmentationandpip install -e wild_visual_navigationonce we open a bash terminal in the container. This is something we could make easier for the users once we open source Piotr's.This also adds some scripts were missing from other branches. I might still have some jupyter notebooks I'd like to rescue from the other branches
